I love this store! The prices are very reasonable and a clean and friendly environment!
The ladies in the side office (who are there to HELP people) are VERY rude, mean, and nasty. They treat you like you're garbage and beneath them in the first few seconds of meeting them. I was VERY hurt and disappointed by the treatment and belittling they show you. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this store to ANYONE. And as a punishment to me, they made me wait an entire month to help me. What they don't realize or understand is that they hurt my children. CLEARLY very hateful and judgemental people. It seemed as the power and control they have over "helping the people in the community" has gone to their heads and is CLEARLY being abused. VERY SAD. Especially since my 3 children and I are new to this community. Great way to make us want to LEAVE this community ASAP. Which we will be doing. Thanks for representing Bay City ladies. If you don't like people or your jobs, you SHOULD NOT take it out on innocent children and women!! I hope SOMEONE who actually cares about people will see this, and take the appropriate steps to make sure you can't or won't HURT, ABUSE, or HUMILIATE people in need ever again. SHAME ON YOU!!! In fact, I will NOT EVER spend a penny or come to ANY of your stores regardless of how much in need I or my children are.....thanks but no thanks.
