With my not owning a vehicle myself I am always surprise at all the new safety devices that vehicles have nowadays. If I have to go to some new place I can rent a GPS that gets me there with far less problems in a new territory with a lot less trouble.
I would give it 0 stars. Thelen Crysler was supposed to have a loaner for me and didn't so they rented me a car thru Enterprise. All paperwork said to bill to them. I never even spoke to Enterprise until I got there. The manager said my credit card would only be billed in case of damages. Well, long story short, then didn't pay and Enterprise charged me 280 for the week, in addition to having to pay for repairs on my car. I am furious!!
If there is no vehicle to rent that's fine, but don't waste my time saying there is.

Not quite believing that a car rental business would say they had a vehicle and then not actually have one, I called to reserve one. I asked explicitly more than once if they would have what we needed in stock and was assured they would. I went to Bay City and again was told they had nothing for me to rent.
Complete disconnect between the call center and local dealership. Friend and I were renting a larger vehicle for a trip. She made a reservation but when she arrived they said they had no vehicles in stock. They tried sending her to Midland because they said they had one, but as she was going there they called to say they actually didn't.
