I brought my vehicle in at 830 am to ensure the mechanics would have all day to diagnose and fix the problems. At 2pm, I still had not received a call of what was going on with my vehicle and was told "we've been working on it in between vehicles." One, I had an appointment this morning, why is my vehicle getting worked on gradually? 2. When the appointment was set up, it was discussed that I needed the vehicle back this day. (Hence why I brought it early in the morning) I am now being told that just that diagnosis will be done by the end of the day. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not go back to this establishment, not would I recommend taking your vehicles there.
