I enjoyed shopping at Marshalls in Bay City, Michigan. I bought a few item's that also included a pair of tennis shoes. I wasn't able to find to find the shoe box and the 2nd shoe. When I found an sales representative. She was back with Both the shoe and a box, in less than 5 minutes. You have a wonderful crew in this store.
We can always find lower prices on things. Then we always discover something unique and different. We really enjoy shopping at Marshals in Bay City.

I went in to exchange some baby outfits. The Marshalls tag was on one but they all had their Carter's tags on them. The girls who waited on me where amazing they took care of the tag that had Marshalls on it and suggested where to go for the other ones and they were right. Not once did they make me feel like I was trying to rip something off. Instead they helped me figure out where I could exchange mine to get the bigger sizes. This Grandma will definitely shop there again.
I used to love this place until they cut back on their selection of kids clothes! I always did my son's school shopping here, now I don't even go to the kids section, just completely bypass it due to the fact I'm always dissapointed & leave with nothing for him. Don't get me wrong, I still love their products & prices...just wish they had a bigger selection for kids again.
