I agree with the previous reviewer that the person answering the phone is "snarky". I have been waiting over a month for a receipt for services performed and for which my husband paid (requested twice already). Was told again that it will be sent. The actual plumbing service was good, though they didn't come with all the parts they needed (basic water shut off valves) to complete the job (installing new plumbing for a sink) even though they already had been out to do an estimate and knew the specifics of what they would be doing.
Called and the woman who answered was snarky. First impressions are everything. Moving on to the next one. They may do great service, but I will never know thanks to the customer service on the initial contact.
We moved to this area in 2014. This firm was recommended to us and we have been very pleased with their services. They are very prompt, professional and dependable. Their service people have demonstrated a wide range of expertise and their rates are reasonable. We would definitely recommend their services for any plumbing issues.
Jeff, a co-owner, has in the past three months first installed a new hot water (less than 18 hours after I called) and last week installed a new dish washer. In each instance he called in advance, arrived promptly, was courteous, tidy, efficient and willing to answer questions. All was done right the first time and no follow-ups were necessary. What more could one ask? I do not hesitate to recommend this contractor.
