I had a terrible experience with a steam cleaning company, our carpets were so wet they buckled, but your method is quick and effective and the carpets immediately come back to life with very little drying time. I live in a two story house with an off white carpeted staircase starting from a hardwood floor. I have two small children (2&4) that come in from playing outside in bare feet and walk directly up the stairs. Imagine how the first 3 or 4 steps look under those conditions... When the JennTec team was finished, the carpet looked new... They will be doing work for me again.
