I have had a couple of jobs done by Hugo's and my jobs were done great. My door works, my key works, no issues.
I called and they were at my house in 30 minutes with all the correct hardware for an old odd door. I couldn't close my door before hand so their speed was greatly appreciated. They gave me plentiful options for hardware and explained everything completely. I will be using them again!
Charged over $200 for a key that wouldnt work and when asked for a refund they said no because we cant guarantee that it will work
Every time Hugo's does work for me, they have been professional and they always do quality work! I worked with them to key my new doors and they made great recommendations. Because they do commercial work, too we were able to get a higher grade knob/bolt for my doors.
People who have no clue in dealing with the public shouldnt be working with the public.. The owner called an made sure everything was good. Sent his after hours guy to take care of me who did a grea job
