They show up late for appointments. I was interested in 2 different houses that they had posted and they refused to show me both. They said : "Are you aware of the areas? They are on completely different sides of town." Me: "Yes I see, I've seen a lot of different places that you've posted and these two are the ones I'm most interested in." Them: "Well you need to drive by both of them and pick one and then call us back to set something up because that's a lot of driving." They made it sound like it was so inconvenient for them to set something up so I could see them both. They are NOT customer oriented. Glad I found something else not with them!
The office appearance says it all. We drove by twice, even with the "All Star Realty" sign, because it looked like an old, empty building for sale. Then we saw the word "office". The store front looks abandoned. Inside it seemed messy & disorganized. The realtor we used was not very timely. We also nearly lost the house we were trying to purchase due to them faxing an important document a day past the deadline. We still got the house, but had to start the offer process all over, which cost us over a month of time we could have been working on it. We will not work with this real estate company again, and do not recommend them.
Highly unethical. If you place an offer, and receive a counter, you can bet that he is calling other potential buyers and telling them what is on the table.
STAY AWAY Rude and ignorant....
After meeting with many realtors I knew quickly that I would be working with this company. Amazing follow through, and help for a long journey of looking at homes in Bay City. If you know what you are looking for, and want a non-pushy and polite approach, go with this company for sure.
