Got an awesome peanut butter bar here. I'm a fitness nut and the option to have a more healthy snack was a great surprise.
Quite disappointing. Wont go back. I was expecting an actual "cupcake shoppe", hence the name - but they have a mediocre selection of maybe 10-12 flavors and only 1 or 2 cupcakes per flavor AND they are the regular size (SMALL) cakes but are charging the price of a 4" jumbo cake. So that is prob the reason they dont have the clientel to support a larger selection. The flavors on their menu are not baked daily, they are just options for special orders. Plus they had a coupon for the Bay City Downtown Dish for May - but they wouldnt take their own coupon if you showed it to them - they said you have to have a printed copy "so they can staple it on their receipt for their records" - Yet this was never stated on the coupon, it just said-show coupon. So I guess because they cant write "Used a Coupon" on their own receipt- instead of denying customers, having such a lame reason and looking unprofessional - they lose more business. Epic failure, crappy expierience all the way around. But to be positive their cupcakes were decorated pretty .
Stumbled upon this cute shop. Great selection of goodies. Delicious treats and welcoming staff! Everything we picked was sooo good! Will definately be back, especially because the frequent shopper card they punch is almost full! Woohoo!! Keep up the great job!
