I live in the 'Twas area. Ray's has got me through a number of repairs and replacements. Like the friendly service and conversation. My go to place for bicycle maintenance.
Had a flat tire this morning and took my bike into Rays as soon as they opened. The technician took care of me right away, replaced my punctured tube and got me on my way, less than 30 minutes. Great service at a fair price. Nice to have small businesses like Rays in Bay City.
Bike was taken there Monday said it would be ready Friday . Went to pick it up have not touched it yet. Said they usually call when it is done. No one told me that. Poor service.
I can't say enough great things about this shop and those who work there. No other bike shop makes me feel as comfortable or is as welcoming. They are there to help and very knowledgeable. They don't push sales on you. They've ordered me items on a number of occasions. I can't even count how many times they've helped me out with a fix or answered a question over the phone for me. I don't ever write reviews, but this Bay City location is top notch and just want to say this is the place to go.
Rays was very helpful. Fixed my bike without an appointment and they were done quickly while I waited. The price was very reasonable.
