I went there last Saturday to get the unicorn drink for my two teenage kids to find out they supposedly were all out of it so I ordered them some double chocolate drink had to wait 10 minutes for it got home to find out that my daughters friends just left there about 45 minutes later and got the unicorn drink when I called them to complain about what just happened the lady basically called me a liar and tried to tell me I didn't come to the Bay City Starbucks I think I know where I live I only live five minutes away from them very disappointed and will never return again.. they sure don't know how react with customers and to top it off their drinks didn't have no flavor my kids didn't even like it
Staff is always awesome, Nikki is the BEST, she always can come up with the best drinks that are EXACTLY what we want!
