cheap furniture have a coach and 2 recliners..the coach is broke down and staples pulling out like the end of its gonna fall off. and both chairs backs have broke. a screw keeps coming out. no you might say its abuse but im a single guy and no pets and im almost never here between work and i being at my cabin. my opoinon there furiture is junk.
Have been shopping at Prime Brothers for 25 years. Their sales staff, merchandise, and delivery service are top notch. John Bauer was our sales person this time and was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and not high pressure. Highly Recommend.
I purchased a expensive sectional & had sagging issues about 9 months later. They sent someone out too look at it for me. I was only have issues with the one cushion but they replaced all of them for me. I was highly satisfied. 3 months later & I'm having the same issues again. I believe it's a manufacturer defect. Good people, just watch what you buy. High prices dont always mean high quality.
