Bay City Health & Family Fitness Is a great gym to get a workout at. The gym has a great owner, friendly and helpful people who workout there, and it has everything you need to workout with. If you were going to compare Old Town and this gym I would Highly recommend coming here because, at Old Town the environment is just not the same at all and the service Is not very good.

Equipment had a lot of wear on it. Really nice venue otherwise. Memberships are well priced and 24 hours
I have been a member of this Gym for about 10 months now. It is geared toward "regular people" as well as bodybuilders. The staff is great and there is no extra charge for a little personal help / advice if you need it. I have lost 40 LBS and am in GREAT shape now. The fees are much better than the Bay City YMCA
