And on top of all that they have the best Kangoo class. No matter what class I'm taking I get an awesome workout!! :)
This place is amazing! I have never been a fan of working out but after having my son 4 months ago, I decided it was a must!! I decided to try this place and couldn't be happier that I did!!! This place is always extremely clean and has the best instructors ever! I enjoy going there every chance that I get. Best part is if you are a beginner they will help you to have modified versions if you need it! I highly recommend this place!!! :)
I normally use the Seung Ni in Saginaw but I wanted to try the Kangoo class so I came out to Bay City to give it a try. I thought I would feel out of place but I have to say from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! The instructors I have had here are Stacy and Brandon and they both have amazing energy that is contagious and it motivates you to give it your all!! It's great to have fun while you're working out!

I have never been somewhere that made me feel like I belong there like this place. I feel so motivated by those around me, and the people along with the instructors are amazing. I stay at the gym 2-3 hrs a day due to how much I am in love with the workouts and the environment itself. I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to give the effort to work out and also want to have fun while doing it!
I've never liked going to the gym, but after I tried out Seung Ni I became addicted! I absolutely love going here! The employees are awesome and they will help you with whatever you need. It's the only place where I can stay motivated and actually want to keep coming back. If you're looking for a new gym to try out, you should strongly consider coming here!!
