Great sprint store love going here for all my phone needs
I am not impressed with the professionalism and concern they have for their customers and the former ones. I had sprint for only 6 days because I was enticed by the cut your bill in half. Which is good but remember folks you get what you pay for! I have had nothing but grief from this specific location, however corporate was awesome. I trusted this store with my money and time and they played me for a fool. I returned my devices to them the day after I left which wasn't even a week. They said please return it to us so we get credit even though I knew Sprint Corp. was sending me boxes for free! BUT because I am a nice person I did this courtesy for the OWNER. Who was the one who I spoke to. Now its over a month later and Sprint Corp. still hadn't received my devices! (which means I will be charged if I hadn't been smart and stayed on top of it or worse collections!)I even called this store looking for help and none did I receive! I am so upset that they would do this to anyone! I only am writing this so you all can be informed. Sprint itself isn't my issue its the owner and how I have been treated. If you want to have someone just look at you as $$$ signs go here but if you want to be treated fairly go elsewhere. ALSO he owns more than this store so do your research people! GOOD LUCK
Staff was very rude and not helpful. I've had several visits to this store and staff is not friendly or warm. Verizon stores have much better consumer service. I had to call Sprint corporate to get help.
