I so greatly appreciate the customer service provided by the Store Manager, Aimee. This was my second visit/purchase and I was delighted with every aspect of the purchase. I highly recommend this store for all your phone needs.

Around a year ago, the store had an ownership change. This used to be a 5 star store and i could be in and out in 20 minutes for an issue. Now, this is a 0 star store, with how inadequate the employees are, and how they don't seem to know how to do anything, and blatantly give you false information, mostly to help with their sales, of course. If I have to go to this store for any reason, I have to take hours out of my schedule because I know they won't know how to do something. Like they want me to mail in a JoD device? Are you serious? Those can only be returned in store, as it says right on the main website. But the people are pretty adamant about telling you to mail it in. They have messed up my account on more than on occasion. Do yourself a favor, go to any other store in the area, this one will only cause you headaches.
I could not believe how I was treated. I was trying to switch t mobile from a different company and every question I had the staff would say they don't know how to do that. So while I was in the store I had to call customer service. The staff told me to go home and have customer service do it. I was told by customer service to go back to the store for sim cards to make this work, and would be no cost to me because I was porting my number. I get to the store again and was told it would be fifty dollars. The staff talked with customer service and told them that they will not be dictated to by the customer service of t mobile. The staff at this store don't seem to know how to do any thing but have friends hanging out. I have tried to call the owner but have not heard back from them. I feel sorry for any one who has to go to this store, if you have to go to t mobile go to the Saginaw store.
