Great greeting from the evening Receptionist, beautiful place, only down side i would say is that it seemed the hotel was in a rush to be renovated and now a few visual things are coming apart. My room was overall beautiful except like right in the middle it looks like a putty job was done. And a few of the outside appearance tiles are or have come off the building. Overall i would stay again and again!! Great staff hospitality says hello in passing the halls, Maintenance man ask how you and stay are. Super friendly Front Desk Manager ....oh and a spectacular breakfast layout ...kudos to the cook!
The staff is always smiling and greeting when I see them. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping is more than well kept. The beds are comfortable, white clean towels, and white clean sheets (not the cheap comforters) on the beds. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean room, and friendly staff.
This was the nicest comfort inn I have ever been to. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. There is also a stunning view of the bay city riverfront lights at night. Would definitely go back.
Our stay here was really nice. The hotel was newly renovated and was clean and comfortable. The service was great, all were really helpful and friendly. It's in a good location as well. There are plenty of cool things to see and do nearby and the area seemed very safe. Great experience all around.
As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I knew I had made a GREAT choice! The parking lot was well lit and entrance was neat and clean! Meghan was on duty at the front desk and she really paid great attention to me by asking about my travel plans. The entire hotel was spotless and the room was "adorable" Comfort Inn was the BEST choice!
