Hotel is only 1 year old, so very nice, clean and modern. Spacious rooms. Cool decor and a nice fitness center. Hotel is located a little off the beaten path in Bay City, but the area is still being developed, so there are a few restaurants and a little bit of shopping already around the hotel.
No free continental breakfast, guess I should have asked over the phone when I was booking the rooms, but then again they could have told me too. There is also no hot tub, just a pool. My husband was a little upset about that. A fancy hotel with no spa hot tub? Lol. The rooms were very nice though.
Service is fantastic. Food and drinks are pretty solid. Rooms are very nice, but they could be a little more well-lit.
This was my first time staying at the property. The rooms are modern and spacious. The property has nice amenities; including a patio, pool, exercise facility, dining, etc. Great location in Uptown Bay City too. There is restaurants, stores, the river walk all very close by.
very discussed with housekeeping. i would recommend you get a better housekeeping service or train them to CLEAN better its not that hard to CLEAN.
Well the HOTEL it self is beautiful. But the housekeeping sucks the toilet was not CLEAN an there was blood or some sort of red stuff on the curtain. An as I was getting toilet paper off the stand in the bathroom there was a toe nail there.
