Nice rooms for it to be as small as it is, whatever you need is within a walking distance. Down sides are wifi isn't that good and every single is non smoking. But to compensate each room has two chairs outside the room with an ash and an picnic table under an shady tree so overall pretty good place
If you are just looking for good value, I would recommend. Resonably clean and comfortable.
Nice place for the price. I looked at the negative reviews and find them unfounded. There may me a ding in the drywall, chip in the porcelain or burn hole in comforter. The room is clean, management is good and everything is looked after. If you want a nice room cheap this is the place.
Bob is nice and willing to work with people. You don't have to worry about anything. He'll give you a job. Food. Rides. He is a very supportive guy who believes in everyone.
Compared to the other motels in Bay City that are in the same price range this one is the better of them. And the service is decent.
