Let me start off by saying when i went for my wedding dress they were fine! Lady that helped me spent 2 hours with me without complaining, acting annoyed or anything. Very thankful for that. Also, almost every time we went there at opening time they were 5-10 minutes late. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Also want to note that this place orders from the same tux company that Viper apparel and many other places order from. So there excuse that they can not handle what the company does is bologna. That tux place over nights things and everyone that has used another shop, that i know, has no issues.
On another note! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order your tuxes through them. I had 12 people get tuxes from them. They were very, very strict on getting people in 2 months before the wedding to have everyone fitted so they could order. All 12 of my guys got in a month and a half before the wedding. Went to THEM to get measured. Tuxes came in only the Wednesday before the wedding at noon and everyone had to be in by Thursday night at 5pm if anything was wrong with them to reorder or else it was what it was. So hardly enough time to allow to get them in to try on. If it were Monday or the week before would of been fine. Out of 12 guys, 3 tuxes were right. 9 of them were short armed, short legged, to tight, to big, wrong shoes. INCLUDING the grooms. 3 of the people could not try on until Friday at rehearsal because not everyone lives next to sempliners to try them on in 24 hours. 2 of them were wrong and we made them work. The grooms was still wrong, so he had to keep his jacket unbuttoned theeee ENTIRE wedding. When girls went in on Thursday to get dresses my mother was not happy about tux situation so she wanted something done (she spent $1,000's in there store on everything). Laura the tux lady is one of THEE rudest people i have met in a place of business.She tried forwarding us to the owner and the owner said no, you are the tux lady. She tried saying that all these problems were normal with a large wedding party and that its not her problem, when actually, they were all measured there. I will NEVER be coming to this establishment again for anything because of the tux situation and the lady who orders tuxes. I would never keep an employee there that treats people like that.
They had a great selection. We had lots of help. Was a bit confused one person said straps could be added other person said no. We shall see but so far so good.
It is unneeded stress for a bride and groom a few days before the wedding. For all the dances, weddings and proms i have been to we have never had an issue anywhere else with tuxes fitting. They are measured for a reason.
The sad thing is, is we got my wedding dress, all 8 bridesmaids dress and 12 tuxes from them and they were still horrible. I wish i could post pictures of all the guys tuxes that were wrong. 2 of there pants were 8 inches above there ankles, thank god they were able to come in.
They were excellent! I had Morgan, who has been the most patient, biggest sweetheart! I tried on dresses 2 separate days and she was so helpful. Most of my dresses I tried on happened to be tie up, so the poor girl got her work out with me! The only thing I wish was a little different, was my dress took a long time to come in. Almost 7 months! But it's perfect!
The associates can sometimes be a little curt when dealing with a group of giggly bridesmaids, but we found suitable dresses for everyone and the overall experience was very nice!
