Our salesman Matt was great. He explained everything, made sure we understood everything. Would definitely recommend Matt to anyone. Very attentive to our needs.
These people at this store disgust me. They take advantage of the elderly. My mother went there when her phone died. They sell her a phone, would not show her how to even make a call on it, then give her a piece of paper and tell her to use a computer to get her contacts into her phone. She explained that she does not own a computer and they just said to find somebody else who does. She went back to talk to the manager the next day, and they offered to teach her, but it would cost her $11 a month and could take up to a year of lessons to teach her to use it.
I mean it's like ever other verizon store. The only downside to this and ALL verizon stores is the fact they are trying to sell you the ENTIRE STORE the moment you walk in until you walk out. Sometimes you just need a question answered and not be sold on anything. I'd prefer to use the Chat on their website for billing questions, which they still try to sell you on the latest and greatest there too, and head into the store once every three years for a phone. But even this is getting taken over by their online services. On a side note I wouldn't ever buy any accessories here as they are pennies on the dollar compared to Amazon.
Had a non charging phone, worried I would have to pay for a new one. Turned out I could get away with buying a new wireless charger. Staff incredibly helpful, in and out in 15 minutes.
Went in for technical support and I was informed that the staff is only trained in sales. Really? They will not get my business when I upgrade next month. 1 star because no stars was not an option
