Dr Englehardt and his team are by far the best vet clinic in the area. They are clean and compassionate and they care About the health of your animal.
I made an appointment here based on the good reviews. My daughter had a new puppy and we brought it in to be checked over and establish him with a vet. I arrived for my 3 p.m. appointment on time, and no one else was in the waiting room. About 15 min later, another owner/dog came in, then another about 10 min later. For some reason, the 2 customers after me were called into the exam room BEFORE me. I saw no reason that should have happened. It was 4 p.m. before we got in. No one apologized for that inexcusable wait, and I didn't get a feeling that the Vet cared we were there. I've been to vets before that ask questions about how a new puppy is doing in the home, give good advice about behavior and potty training. The only question the vet asked is "what can we do for you today?" I would think she should have already known. I won't be back. The bedside manner is not worth the money they charge!

Been taking our pets (cats) here since we moved to Bay City in 1995. Always been easy to get an appointment and usually get in within 15 minutes of arrival. Staff is friendly and good with our precious babies. Have recommended them many times.
Very loving and caring staff. I no longer live in Bay City, but thankfully they have Saturday hours so I can continue to take my dogs there ❤️
