my vehicle was not far off warranty although I had the extended warranty. they took care of me very well and I didn't have to pay anything above and beyond extended warranty. very happy about that. everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice and friendly. great experience
Nice people. They tried really hard to accommodate me as a customer, and maintained a polite, professional attitude, even when I was getting a bit testy. It took a few tries to figure out and resolve the issue my car was having, but they never wavered in wanting the chance to try to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. I have to hand it to them. They succeeded, and in doing so, have kept me as a future customer after I said I'd never come back.
