Went in for a test drive, came out with a new car! I had a great experience buying my new Kia Niro at Thelen Kia last week. Matt Coonan was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about all of the many questions and concerns that I had. Matt was helpful and upfront about all of the procedures for trading in my new vehicle and beginning the leasing of a new one.
Customer service is good sometimes and really bad others. They really need to get their act together. I get tired of driving there (about an hour drive), sitting for hours to find I have to return again after waiting weeks for my apt! Last time there 3 other groups of ppl were complaining about the customer service!!
