Fantastic place to purchase a new or used car or truck
Me and my family are now the proud owners of our 4th car from Nick Matt at O'Connors which in three of them we still have I would have to say our second purchase from them we had problems vehicle gave us issues but faster than I bought that vehicle they were stepping up to get it fixed and back into my possession as quickly as possible and am now looking forward to the next purchase from them. Again a great big thank you to Nick Matt and all of the O'Connors employees.
I would 100% recommend O'Connor's to anyone looking to purchase a high quality used car or truck. We were looking for a 2016 Suburban for a few months before we came across a listing at O'Connor's. Their price was almost 4K lower than the dealerships around our home in metro Detroit. My husband made the drive out to Bay City to look at the car. He said the service at the dealership was excellent but after test driving the SUV it was determined it was too late in the day to get financing. The great salesman secured the financing the next day and two days later they delivered the car (over two hours away) for free. We will definitely go back when we are looking for our next car. :)
Just bought a 2017 Pacifica. Its only been a day...lol...but so far so good. Worked with Nick through the whole process...which was a great experience as he had everything ready, and once he answered all our questions...paperwork only took a few minutes. Price was great too...Thats why we drove 1.5 hrs to get there. If anything changes, ill update the review...but as of now...super happy with the experience with O'Connors.
