Great place and great service. I drive 30 extra miles to go there because of all of the great people and service. We have bought 5 cars from them and all of them have been great and we will buy our next one from them when needed. Also Patty our sales person is great because she is very professional and caring

Matt and Thomas in service, and Tim in rental/parts, are professional, courteous, and offer outstanding customer service! I told Matt that my initial impression of their customer service has made me a customer for life.
I didn't feel that Patty was selling me a truck, but rather that she was helping me buy the right one. She made sure she got the right answers to all of my questions and I would recommend her and Labadie in Bay City to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Everyone I met was more than accommodating and inviting while I was there. I had a very particular circumstance surrounding my trade in and new purchase, but the whole team was more than understanding and did the best they could to explain what options were available to me. They did whatever they could to make sure I knew what options I could afford and gave me the best deal possible. A really great group of guys over there, I couldn't recommend this dealership enough.
