Have been bringing our vehicles here for a couple of years. Kevin and Janet know who we are when we walk in the door. They've gone well above and beyond on several occasions making sure that we are taken care of. Great service at a good price.
On our way home from camping our trucks exhaust melted our gas tank. Stranded at a gas station we called Kevin at Bay Auto Care, who was more than happy to take on the job of getting us back on the road. After learning the gas tank was discontinued, he and his family went out of their way, searching many used dealers, then driving 45 mins to pick up the gas tank to finish the job. Kevin was very patient, attentive, and professional through the whole process and I would strongly recommend anyone to use bay auto care in the future. I couldn't be more grateful to Kevin and his family for helping me get my family home safely.
My 74 year old mother took her Ford Escape here for service. Her car kept stalling or wouldn't start. They had it for 3 hours, charged her $120 and told her there is nothing wrong with it. Now, the car is dead in a store parking lot. AVOID!
