By far the BEST urgent care experience I have ever had. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were only there for about 30 minutes and that was with my son being a new patient and me having to fill out paperwork. Dr Mikols is amazing! He actually took my concerns for my son seriously and went above and beyond my expectations. Not only that, but he also called 2 days later to make sure my son was feeling better! I will never go to any other walk-in clinic from here on out. I have been referring all of my family, friends, and customers (I work at a pharmacy) to go there as well because they have the best customer service by far!
Worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. Not only did they make a lady who had high blood pressure after open heart surgery wait for over 30 minutes, she was the only patient back there. After they stormed out we figured we would get quick service so we waited more. 30 minutes later we get called back. Vitals and everything is fine doctor comes in says we need xrays. We say ok. Says should be a few minutes an hour and 45 minutes later we leave they say as were leaving your good to go. Like oh thanks.
Great staff and great facility. I just remembered to write this review as Corinna from their office just did a follow-up call moments ago to let me know they fixed a billing issue. Corinna and all the techs, RNs, and the physician (J. Mulkey) were professional, knowledgable and caring. This place is pretty darn close to how medical care should.
My husband and I went in to the clinic today, ailing from the same illness, although I have had far worse symptoms and felt so bad I didn't think I'd be able to walk the hall to the exam room. We did have a lengthy wait, however that is just an inconvenience, not something to rage about - I certainly didn't have any great plans for the day and was just happy that relief would soon be on its way. We should always try to remember that others may need more attention and to then give the staff the benefit of the doubt for any wait. There was a baby in before us. I just couldn't see it right or fair to want to push myself first. I was very blessed by the concern and care both of us received. And as we left, each of the staff made it a point to wish us well. The facility is immaculate and that is very reassuring. Thank you much

Service and personnel were friendly and quick when I went in on a Saturday afternoon because hardly anybody there. For a knee/leg injuru took them till next morning to read x ray. Which showed a fracture. Said I needed a referral for a cat scan and it is Monday @1:45pm and still waiting for a call.
They told me Saturday morning my records would be transferred so when they opened up they would have them.:(
