I have been to many gyms in my time but this gym is great. First off, don't listen to thebestbookie's review, he is a competitor of this gym. This gym not only contains everything you need to achieve any goals you set for yourself, the owner is outstanding at what he does. The MMA classes are top notch as well. And the price... forget about going anywhere else. I'll bet no one around can come close to matching what the deal is here. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help you. Like I said earlier about the MMA class, if you want to become a fighter or just want to get in superior shape John is the man to get you there, world class training. Listen I'm from Midland and I know personally 3 other guys who work out here that travel from Midland, and multiple others from Saginaw. But don't take my word,come in and see for yourself!
I'm 13 and have been going for about 2 months now boxing is great the training is amazing and workers are amazing as well highly recommended for younger kids as well to come over and really start traing or blow off some steem
