I come here all the time and customer service is always great! The last time i went in about a month ago a worker that had a hand full of piercings on her face (which doesn't bother me I'm just identifying her the best way i can because she didn't have a name tag on) had her friends in there sitting on the counter behind the register. Her friends were there the entire time i was there even during my transaction they were still sitting behind the counter. She was helpful but to have people that aren't employees sitting behind the register isn't a good look.
Chaz is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Always shows he actually cares about the people receiving the products, not just that they are going out the door. Great experience
