Horizon Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is a Class Act! I would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of PT. I arrived not really expecting to be able to get full range of motion back as I had suffered a broken neck. I am excited to report with their guidance and superior care I have regained full range of movement again, and they helped improve my balance tremendously! Absolutely terrible exp. Here in bay city. The Dr./ therapist here spoke nothing to me of what he thought my injury may be He was never around during my therapy gave me no plan of recovery or a goal. Then all of a sudden they discharged me when I still had a schedule for 3 more weeks of therapy. With no explanation what so ever. The assistant how ever was wonderful she was very attentive and friendly. Do not recommend this place at all .
